How do I get started?

Head to the Order Now page, select your package and follow the prompts to make payment. You'll then receive an automatic order confirmation email (please check your junk/spam folder too). Within the next 24 hours, a senior member of our team will contact you to start the writing process.

✪ How do I select my career level when placing an order?

When placing your order, you can choose from 4 career levels: Entry-Level, Junior-Level, Mid-Level and Senior-Level, depending on your TOTAL number of years of work experience. You must select the right career level to avoid any delay in the delivery of your documents and possible order cancellation. Learn more about selecting your career level here.

✪ How much will it cost to get my CV written?

Prices for CV writing start at $199 and can go up to $479, depending on what stage of career you are at and how much work it will take to create your CV. More information about our prices can be found here.

✪ How will I work with you? What is the process?

✪ Where are you based? Do you serve clients NZ-wide?

We are a New Zealand owned and operated company (NZBN: 9429047804234). While our office is located in Auckland, we regularly work online with clients outside Auckland, including overseas clients who are migrating to New Zealand.

✪ Do you have experience in my industry?

Our writers have experience writing CVs for professionals from 38+ career fields and industries, including but not limited to Accounting, Banking, Engineering, Recruitment, Hospitality, Healthcare, Marketing & Sales, Insurance, ICT, and Logistics.

✪ Who will write my CV, cover letter or LinkedIn profile?

All your documents would be individually crafted by one of our NZ-based Executive CV Writers with a wealth of CV writing experience, combined with local market knowledge and a strong background in recruitment, HR or career consulting.

✪ How long will it take to write my CV?

After we have all the information we need from you, the first draft of your CV will be ready within three business days. In some cases, we may be able to create the first draft within 48 hours. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss this.

✪ Do I have to travel to your office?

No, you do not have to visit us in person as we work with you online - via email and phone. Operating online allows us to serve more clients efficiently whilst keeping our costs down, which makes our services more affordable for everyone.

✪ How do I communicate with my writer?


Communication with your writer is done via email as having everything in writing allows your writer to keep track of your requests and save any key information you provide such as your employment history or a link to a job advert.


✪ Will I be able to edit my CV in the future?

Absolutely! Your new CV would be sent to you in an editable Word format so you can make changes to it when you need to.

✪ What if I am not happy with my new CV, cover letter or LinkedIn profile?

It is our job to ensure that you are absolutely delighted with your new CV, cover letter & LinkedIn profile, so we offer our Happy Client Guarantee to all clients, allowing them to request UNLIMITED edits to their documents within 14 days of receiving them.

✪ I don't need a new CV. Can you write just a cover letter?

Of course! Depending on your career level, prices for cover letters when ordered individually (without a package) range from $99 to $199. Get in touch to learn more about this service.

✪ I don't have an existing CV or LinkedIn profile. How can you help?

No problem. Before we begin our work, we'll contact you to learn about some basic details of your career so that we can create your documents from scratch.

✪ When is the payment due? What payment options are available?

Due to the nature of our work, payment must be made in advance. You can pay securely via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or direct bank transfer.

✪ What is an Applicant Tracking System?

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a software application that handles the recruitment process by organising numerous CVs received from candidates to filter the "best-fit" ones. 

✪ Will my information be kept private and confidential?
